Roselin's journey has crossed language, culture, communications, technology, and project management. Her experience living in Japan for over two decades has deepened her interest in the context behind communication—and the many ways people understand the world.
With a Master's in Japanese from Jawaharlal Nehru University and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials, she brings together structured thinking and a curiosity about people, perspectives, and change.
As a certified workplace coach, Roselin aims to create space for people to recognise their strengths, work through challenges, and discover solutions that feel meaningful to them.
